Verizon Acquires Sensity Systems

Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) has completed its acquisition of Sensity Systems, provider of leading Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for Smart Cities. The transaction was originally announced on September 12, 2016.
